It provides unlimited remote support during business hours for a fixed fee per month based on the number and type of devices to be supported.

SureBridge Premium Agreement

The Premium Agreement provides ongoing consulting and services through a combination of regular proactive maintenance and support services as required, to create a strong support foundation that underpins your business. Premium is based on a minimum allotment of hours to be utilised each month by way of either remote or onsite support. It provides a commitment between both parties for reduced rates and stated response times for as little or as much of your IT infrastructure as required.

A Prepaid Hours Agreement is designed to provide ongoing IT consulting and support services at discounted rates without administrative delay, creating a strong technological foundation for your business. The agreement is based on the prepayment of a number of hours intended to provide flexible and ‘as required’ IT services via any service tier level of expertise, by way of remote or onsite support, within business hours. This support framework will provide the ability for the client to log requests for assistance at any time, with the peace of mind that your request will be monitored and followed through to closure by an experienced and skilled team of engineers and specialists.

SureBridge Flexi Agreement

The Flexi Agreement is designed to provide ongoing IT consulting and support services without incurring administrative delay, creating a strong technological foundation for your business. The agreement is based on a Time and Materials (T&M) framework intended to provide ‘as required’ IT services by way of remote or onsite support. It is a commitment by SureBridge IT to the client to provide IT services at fixed rate pricing, and fixed response times, for all of your IT and Communications infrastructure, or a select of components. This framework will provide the ability for the client to log calls at any time, with the peace of mind that their requirements will be monitored and followed through to closure by an experienced and skilled team of engineers and specialists.

Systems Monitoring

SureBridge Monitoring is a remote monitoring and management tool for Microsoft Windows Servers and Server Applications. It provide real-time monitoring and alerting for no just the Operating System, but key Microsoft applications running within the environment with issues, alerts and errors logged and reviewed by the SureBridge Service desk, quickly and efficiently. It gives you the assurance that a team of specialists are watching over your technology environment.
